Shipping Policy

Orders can take 3-5 days to process. We currently ship to Canada and USA. If you require shipping to another country please contact us at hello@thetulepps.com and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Shipping will be sent via Canada Post. We can send tracked shipping or standard non-tracked. We are not held liable for lost packages when shipping with the standard non-tracked option.

Shipping time depends on if you selected tracked or non-tracked shipping.

Non-tracked shipping usually takes:

Canada (7-15 business days)

USA (10-15 business days)

Tracked Shipping usually takes:

Canada (1-3 business days)

USA (5-7 business days)

Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges or refunds at this time. Preorders are also nonrefundable.
